This isn’t something to rush through or read like a blog post.
Each step is part of a bigger process. This Blueprint is built around small, intentional actions that build clarity, confidence, and connection over time. Even if a step feels simple, it’s doing something important so don’t skip it.
The biggest shifts happen when you actually pause, reflect, and try the exercises.
You don’t need to spend hours on this each day. Most steps can be done in 20–30 minutes. Some even less. But what matters most is that you engage fully with each one.
How this Blueprint works:
It’s divided into 6 stages, based on my Intendify Method: Reflect, Define, Design, Act, Sustain, and Celebrate.
Each phase contains a few steps to guide your thinking and choices.
There are reflection prompts, journaling exercises, and activity suggestions along the way.
You’ll also find downloadables and tools to make it easier to take action.
How to get the most out of it:
Move through the steps in order.
Don’t skip the writing/reflection work. It’s where the real insights happen.
Set aside small blocks of time when you can think clearly (this isn’t something to do while multitasking).
Be honest with yourself. No one else is reading this.
Give yourself grace if it takes longer than you expected.
Take breaks if needed but always come back.
You’re not just learning about creativity. You’re changing your relationship with it.
Let’s get started.
