You're not here by accident.
You're tired of coasting through your days, always doing what’s expected, while that small, nagging voice inside keeps asking, “Is this it?”
This page? It’s where we stop pretending you’re fine with just ‘fine’, and start helping you build something better.
Build a life that actually fits you.
No more autopilot. No more living by someone else’s blueprint.
You might be in the right place if...
You’re craving change, but don’t know where to start
You’ve downloaded 17 planners and filled out none
You want a life that feels aligned, not just efficient
You’re done with “one size fits all” advice
You’re ready to stop spinning and start doing
I'm Michelle Arseneault, life coach, educator, and accidental overachiever turned intentional living nerd. I created Intendify Your Life because I know what it’s like to lose yourself in doing everything for everyone else. Now, I help people like you press pause, reflect, and actually take charge of what happens next.
What you’ll actually find here
(No vague advice or “just manifest it” energy, promise.)
Practical tools you can use right now
Real strategies that fit your real life
Self-coaching programs that don’t cost a fortune
Support without pressure or perfectionism
A few fun facts about me
Because, why not?
You might be here for the intentional living tips, but here’s a little more about me (because friends share fun facts, right?):
I’m a huge Buffy the Vampire Slayer fan. (If you don’t get why Spike's the one... we might need to talk.)
I belly dance for fun. (It’s my favorite way to feel like a badass and get moving.)
I do VR boxing when I need a good workout. (Punching stuff in virtual reality is oddly satisfying.)
I’m a huge PC gamer. (And yes, I’m patiently waiting for InZoi to launch—hurry up, guys!)
I’m a life coach and educator by trade. Yep. I'm busy! (Let’s just say I love guiding people toward their "aha" moments.)
Coffee is my love language. (I’m basically fueled by caffeine and enthusiasm.)
I’ve tried every diet trend. (And keto? Yeah, that one’s sticking for now.)
I live for a good game night. (Yes, I totally get into it. Competitive? Me? Never. Okay, maybe a little.)
I’m all about learning new things (which is why this whole intentional living journey feels so rewarding to me, too).
I’m a dog person through and through (although there will always be a special place in my heart for one special kitty. Miss you BitBit!).
Why I do this
I created Intendify Your Life because life gets messy. Fast.
After years of trying to keep all the balls in the air (career, family, expectations, and my own quiet dreams), I had a few “What the hell am I doing?” moments.
Intentional living gave me a way back to myself. And now I want to offer that to you.
I’m not here to give you a cookie-cutter system or shout productivity hacks at you from the sidelines. I’m here to help you make your life more yours.
Why I think I can help you
My background as both a life coach and educator gives me a unique perspective on helping people create lasting change.
Here’s why I’m so passionate about this:
Life coaching experience: I’ve worked well over with over 100 people going through tough life challenges, and helped them make the best decisions for them. I’ve seen how small changes can create big results—and that’s exactly what I want for you. But I can't help enough of you one-on-one.
Educator at heart: I’ve spent years teaching others how to unlock their potential. It’s not enough to just learn something, you have to do something with what you learn before any transformation can happen. I love helping people take knowledge and turn it into practical action.
A belief in intentional living: I truly believe that you have the power to design a life that feels true to YOU. I'll never ask you to follow my vision. I want to help you discover how to shape your life so you can honor your values.
And that’s the mission: Giving you the tools, support, and confidence to live intentionally, and permission to move at your own pace without feeling overwhelmed or pressured to be someone you're not.
This is a "no perfection zone" for people like you, who are ready to look inward and take that first step toward change.
