Discovery Session – $30 CAD (30 minutes)

A great first step if you’re unsure what kind of support you need or want is to see if coaching feels like a fit. We’ll talk through what’s been happening, identify what’s draining your energy, and outline a few next steps you can take right away. Then we’ll decide whether coaching is right for your situation and whether you'd like to continue working with me.

3-Month Coaching Package – $430 CAD (6 bi-weekly sessions)

For those ready to go deeper, this package includes six 60-minute virtual sessions over three months. We’ll clarify your goals, build boundaries that actually hold, and create sustainable change you can feel proud of.

To begin, book a discovery session. If we both feel the fit is right, I’ll walk you through how to join the three-month program privately.
