For coaches and educators
Practical tools for professionals who support people through change, decisions, and life transitions.
This area is designed for coaches, educators, and facilitators who want a clear, repeatable structure for their work, without relying on scripts or one-size-fits-all programs.
Here, you’ll find coaching toolkits and resources built around the Intendify Method: a structured yet flexible approach that helps clients reflect, choose intentionally, and follow through in ways that actually stick.
This space is separate from the client-facing Intendify Your Life content on purpose. Everything here is designed to support professional practice.
Coaching toolkits built around the Intendify Method
The core professional resources offered here are Coach’s Toolkits.
Each toolkit is designed around a specific client outcome and grounded in the Intendify Method, which moves clients through a clear progression from reflection to sustainable action.
Toolkits are practical and session-ready. Depending on the toolkit, they may include:
Guidance for structuring coaching sessions
Coaching prompts and example language
Client-facing worksheets and reflection tools
Notes on when and how to use each component
Context for why each step matters
New toolkits will be added over time.
About the Intendify Method
All professional tools shared here are guided by the Intendify Method, a six-step approach designed to help people move from reflection to intentional, sustainable action.
The method grew out of years of coaching work using the GROW model. While GROW is effective for insight and goal clarity, I consistently saw clients struggle with follow-through once sessions ended. They understood what they wanted, but lasting change didn’t always stick.
Over time, I adapted and expanded the structure to better support what happens after insight: defining priorities, designing realistic actions, sustaining momentum, and adjusting when real life inevitably gets in the way.
The result is a method that keeps the clarity of GROW, while placing more emphasis on implementation, sustainability, and real-world decision-making.
The Intendify Method is designed to be:
Structured but flexible
Adaptable to different coaching styles
Grounded in real-life follow-through, not just insight
This is not a certification or training program. These tools are meant to support your existing professional work, not replace your expertise.

Coach individuals or groups through change, growth, or decision-making
Want a consistent session structure that still allows for flexibility
Prefer tools that support conversation rather than replace it
Value reflection and action equally in your work
Are tired of rebuilding worksheets and session plans from scratch
You don’t need to work in a specific niche. These tools are designed to adapt across life areas and client goals.
Optional resources you can point clients to
Some coaches choose to recommend Intendify Your Life workbooks or Blueprints to clients for between-session support.
These client-facing resources can help individuals:
Reflect more deeply between sessions
Clarify values, goals, and priorities
Practice skills introduced during coaching
Build momentum outside of session time
Using these resources is completely optional. Coaches remain free to support clients in whatever way fits their practice.
Note: Clients purchase and use these resources independently. Coaches are not expected to teach or facilitate the content.
